At Product Camp Silicon Valley, 14 March 2015 (pi day!), I led a highly interactive discussion about what Directors of Product Management do, how an individual contributor PM might signal interest/demonstrate competence for that role, and whether folks would actually want to job.  We used a few of the slides below, but mostly took suggestions and comments from attendees.
