I was thrilled to speak at the Product Management Festival in Zürich, Sept 17-18. My short talk included excerpts of recent material on scaling agile product organizations (PDF of presentation) and the organizers graciously included me in panel discussions on the future of product management and scaling up PM teams.
Keynotes included Kenneth Norton and Stacy-Marie Ishmael. Other well-known US-based speakers include Teresa Torres, Jeff Lash, Ellen Gottesdiener and Trevor Rotzien. Ellen also ran an Agile Open Jam for more free-form discussion about topics-at-hand.
