After decades of in-person classes, workshops and event keynotes, I'm now offering a series of real-time remote courses. This is a seminar-style "Product Management Leadership Essentials" course, limited to 12 participants per cohort. I'll be covering these three topics:
- Organizing product + development + design teams
- Managing priorities and buy-in with sales/marketing/other execs
- Creating internal visibility for product work and wins
plus an open AMA/Q&A session for hot issues not already covered.
Dates for the next open session are August 7, 14, 21 and (optionally) August 28 from 3pm-5pm Pacific. (Previous groups were early in Pacific time to be Europe-friendly. This will be easier for folks in Oceania.) You can use discount code "EARLYBIRD20" for 20% before June 1. Register here.
Ideal attendees are currently running a product management organization (rather than aspiring product managers). And to make it a safe space for complex organizational discussions, we'll apply the Chatham House Rule ("participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker or other participant may be revealed" aka “What happens in workshop, stays in workshop.”)
